Our Bharth nation’s ancient and great cultural and art form are music, dance and drama. The Emperumanar Dharisana Sabhai cultural service trust has been imparting this rich tradition and cultural values to next young generation

We have been in this cultural service for 20 years. There are 200 and above students getting trained in classical dance (Bharathanattiyam, Kuchupudi), Drama, Carnatic, Music and gaining self-confidence from our organisation through well trained teachers.

​

More than 300 programmes have been conducted by us across India, including in Srirangam, Srivilliputhur, Sriperumbudur, AzhwarThirunagari, Melkote in Mysuru, Madhura, PuriJaganath Temple in Orissa, Chennai, Madurai, and Dindigul.

 

We are utilising themes from Nalaiyara Dhivya Prabantham as well as incidents from the lives of Azhwar and Aacharaiyas for dance, drama, and Namasangeerthanam.

We intend to raise the number of students we serve from the current 200 to 1000.

​

Our long-term objective is to build an arts school with a specially constructed auditorium, a recording studio, and separate classrooms for dance and acting practice in a pleasant environment.

 

We also intend to establish branches outside of Coimbatore. Currently, we are operating the branch outside of Coimbatore at Palladam.

Dance and music instructors are welcome to take the class in their hometown at a time that is convenient for them, if they are interested.

 

 

 

1st, 2nd and 3rd Annual cultural programs were conducted at ManagaratchiKalaiyarangam – RS Puram, Coimbatore in which 30 to 50 participants participated.

​

4th Annual cultural program was conducted at Sri Krishna Gana Sabha – T.Nagar, Chennai and 75 participants performed in the program.

​

5th Annual cultural program was conducted at Lakshmi Sundaram Hall – Madhurai

​

6th Annual cultural program was conducted at GayathriMahal – Tirupur

​

7th Annual cultural program was conducted at AzhwarThriunagari Temple.

​

In the 5th, 6th and 7th annual cultural programs, 110 participants participated.

​

4th and 6th Annual cultural programs were led by Sri U.Ve.VelukkudiKrishnananSwamy. He has given concise explication about each of our event before it commences for the entire program.

​

On account of celebrating SwamyRamanjua’s 1000th birthday (2017) we have performed special programs at Sriperumbudur, Melkote in Mysuru, Srirangam, AzhwarThriunagari.

 

Art direction (Background screen work) was taken care of by popular ‘NadagaKavalar’ RS Manohar’s team in Tamilnadu.
